Momentive SNAPSIL™ RTV112 (White) – General Purpose Self-Levelling Silicone Sealants
SNAPSIL™ RTV112 (white) is a one-component, ready-to-use, self-levelling silicone sealant designed for applications requiring excellent flow into tight spaces, surface voids, and hard-to-reach areas. They cure at room temperature upon exposure to atmospheric moisture, forming a flexible, resilient silicone rubber with strong adhesion and reliable electrical insulation properties. Both products release acetic acid during cure and are not recommended for use with acid-sensitive metals such as copper or brass.

Technical Notes
- Maximum recommended cure thickness: 6 mm (¼ inch)
- Releases acetic acid during cure—avoid use with copper, brass, or other acid-sensitive metals
- Tack-free time: ~20 minutes at 25°C (77°F) and 50% RH
- Full cure (3 mm thickness): ~24 hours under standard conditions
