TSE3941 (White) – Flame-Retardant, High-Strength Silicone Adhesive Sealant for Demanding Electronic Applications

TSE3941-W is a one-component, ready-to-use, non-corrosive silicone adhesive sealant that cures at room temperature upon exposure to atmospheric moisture, forming a flame-retardant, elastic silicone rubber with exceptional mechanical strength and thermal stability.

Formulated for high-reliability applications, the TSE3941-W features a fast tack-free time of just 5 minutes, UL 94 V-0 recognition (File No. E56745), and excellent adhesion to metals, plastics, and ceramics without corroding sensitive conductors such as copper or brass. Its non-flowable paste consistency ensures precise bead placement on horizontal, vertical, and overhead surfaces, while its low-volatility formulation (<0.005% volatile siloxanes) meets stringent outgassing requirements for sensitive environments.

Unlike acetoxy-cure silicones, TSE3941-W utilises an alcohol-based (alkoxy) cure system, releasing only a mild, non-objectionable odour, making it ideal for indoor, enclosed, or cleanroom assembly processes.
