TSE392 (Clear) – Fast-Cure, Non-Corrosive Silicone Adhesive Sealant for Electronics and Industrial Bonding

TSE392 is a one-component, ready-to-use, fast-curing silicone adhesive sealant that cures at room temperature upon exposure to atmospheric moisture, forming a flexible, elastic silicone rubber with excellent adhesion to metals, glass, ceramics, and many plastics without corroding sensitive metals like copper or brass.

Unlike standard acetoxy-cure silicones, TSE392 utilises an alcohol-based (alkoxy) cure system, releasing non-corrosive alcohol vapours during cure. This results in a low-odour, non-pungent process ideal for electronics assembly, indoor environments, and applications where long-term metal compatibility is critical. With an ultra-fast tack-free time of just 5 minutes, TSE392 delivers rapid initial handling strength while maintaining reliable electrical insulation and environmental protection.

Processing Recommendations

  • Apply to clean, dry surfaces – no primer required for most substrates
  • Full cure (3 mm thickness): ~24–48 hours at 23°C / 50% RH
  • Avoid use with polyethylene, polypropylene, or PTFE without surface treatment or compatible primer
