TSE397 (Clear) – Fast-Cure, Non-Corrosive Silicone Adhesive Sealant for Electronics & General Industrial Bonding
TSE397 is a one-component, ready-to-use, fast-curing silicone adhesive sealant that cures at room temperature upon exposure to atmospheric moisture, forming a flexible, elastic silicone rubber with excellent adhesion to a wide range of substrates without corroding sensitive metals like copper or brass.
Unlike standard acetoxy-cure silicones, TSE397 utilises an alcohol-based (alkoxy) cure system, releasing non-corrosive alcohol vapours during cure. This results in a low-odour, non-pungent process ideal for electronics assembly, indoor environments, and applications where metal compatibility is critical. With a tack-free time of just 10 minutes, TSE397 delivers rapid handling strength while maintaining long-term durability across extreme temperatures.
