HANSA CARE 3040 is a colourless to yellowish, 100% active, alkyl-modified siloxane engineered as a premium silicone wax for car care and surface polishing formulations. Unlike standard silicones, its high degree of organic (alkyl) modification makes it body shop-safe, minimising risk of paint adhesion issues in automotive repair environments while delivering deep colour enhancement, smooth levelling, and effortless rub-off.
Ideal for use in combination with natural waxes like carnauba, HANSA CARE 3040 enhances gloss, improves film formation, and provides a “wet look” finish without residue buildup. Its non-ionic chemistry ensures compatibility with a wide range of solvents, oils, and waxes, making it a versatile additive for liquid, paste, or spray polishes.
