HANSA CARE 1050 – Non-Ionic Polyether-Modified Silicone for Wetting, Levelling, and Sheeting

HANSA CARE 1050 is a colourless to yellow, 100% active, non-ionic polyether-modified polysiloxane engineered as a high-efficiency additive for home care, car care, and surface maintenance formulations. With an ultra-low viscosity (<100 cP) and near-zero surface tension, it enables exceptional wetting, spreading, and levelling on both polar and non-polar surfaces, including challenging hydrophobic substrates such as polyethylene, PVC, and silicone-treated materials.

Unlike cationic silicones, HANSA CARE 1050’s non-ionic chemistry ensures broad compatibility with anionic, cationic, and non-ionic systems, making it ideal for rinse aids, floor polishes, leather conditioners, and commercial vehicle cleaning formulations. Its ultra-low cyclic siloxane content and MIT-free formulation align with modern sustainability and regulatory standards.
