SLIPICONE® is a heat-stable, non-toxic silicone release agent formulated to solve a wide range of sticking, adhesion, and friction challenges across industrial, food processing, printing, and packaging applications. Supplied as a clear silicone fluid in an aerosol format, it forms a durable, non-gummy, anti-stick film that remains effective at temperatures up to 199°C (390°F) and features a flash point above 315°C (599°F).
Unlike conventional lubricants, SLIPICONE® leaves no carbonaceous residue, resists oxidation, and is safe for incidental food contact. Its low volatility and compatibility with metals and plastics make it ideal for high-temperature or high-hygiene environments where reliability, cleanliness, and performance are critical.

Usage Instructions
- Apply to clean, dry surfaces using a light spray from 10–20 cm (4–8 in) distance. Allow 3 minutes to dry before use. Only a thin film is required, reapply as needed based on operating conditions.
