Spinnerette Lubricant is a release agent used in high temperature melt spinning process of synthetic fibres including Nylon and Polyester. As an active agent it contains silicone compound with excellent stability. The product is CFC free with non-flammable propellent.
It is applied to the surface of the spinnerette and the silicone compound thus coated exhibit the following properties:
- Long lasting release properties at high temperature
- Prevents accumulation of deposition materials of filament yarn on the spinnerette
- Reduction of breakage of filament yarn at spinning and subsequent processes
- Improves productivity and safety of the spinning process
- Non-flammable. No risk of fire at work-place
